Turn Tragedy Into Something Beautiful

Updated: 7 days ago

I had the vision before I lost my son in the most heartbreaking way, but I didn't have a path forward and definitely hadn't seen my "vision" in action like it sprung to action when I needed it the most in my life.

In September my world came to a halt when I found out my baby would likely not survive outside my body and I was faced with a few suggestions- all heartbreaking. But I knew which option was best for our son, me and my family. Through community support and a series of nonprofits I was able to say goodbye to my son in the way that we all would have wanted.

I believe in the power of community. It saved my life and my family's life, and the generosity of others continues to light up my life.

This is what I believe we can build and do here at Mudita Yoga.

I believe in quality over quantity and believe the right people will be attracted and the community will build itself naturally. And I am so excited for what the future holds!

I am grateful for this path forward even if it is bittersweet.

Love to you all
