I've always struggled with my mental and physical health. I'm married and we have an amazing daughter, age 5, that was born after almost a decade of recurrent pregnancy losses. I'm disabled and currently living in the Midwest, USA. I really struggle with taking care of myself, because there's just so much going on I can never tell the difference between an emergency and something that's no big deal.
